They are currently hiring an Social Media Coordinator to join their team in San Jose. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing social media requests, crafting content suggestions, and supporting our overarching social media channel strategy. Situated within the Digital Marketing team, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. If you have at least 2 years working as a Social Media Coordinator then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

As a Social Media Coordinator, job duties include:

• Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to handle social media requests, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives, focusing on key themes such as diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and talent acquisition.

• Project manage social media requests from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Social Media Project Manager to develop innovative and engaging content suggestions.

• Support the development and execution of our comprehensive social media channel strategy to bolster brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase traffic.

• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and insights, keeping the team informed of emerging developments.

• Analyze social media data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insightful reports to the management team.

Skills:

• 2+ years working as a Social Media Coordinator for a large organization with a Bachelor's in Communications or Marketing.

• Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

• Advanced understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
