Our client is looking for a consultant to join their finance team! This company is hiring a well-rounded Accounting Assistant who is familiar with processing accounts payable within a construction organization.

• LOCATION: 100% onsite in San Jose

• TYPE: Contract-To-Hire

• SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 40 hours

• PAY: $30.00-$35.00/hour Depending on experience

salary: $30 - $35 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from vendors

• Check monthly statements from vendors

• Contact vendors to request invoices, confirm rates, request adjustments

• Reconcile corporate credit card receipts from employees

• Fill out credit applications

• Process expense claims, per-diem, and allowances

• Answer phone calls

• File documents

• Process incoming/outgoing mail and fax

• Assist Office Administrator/ Field Engineers/ Project Engineers/ Superintendent/ Managers/ Vice

• President or other employees

• Arrange lodging, rental cars, flight rental furniture, set up cable/internet, utility accounts for corporate housing

Skills

• Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)

• Credit Applications (1 year of experience is required)

• Bill.com (1 year of experience is required)

• Per-diem (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Invoices (1 year of experience is required)
