EXOS Senior Program Manager, Operations in San Francisco, California

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Senior Program Manager, Operations to join our team supporting a large, global client. The Sr. Program Manager will report to the Dedicated Account Manager, and will be based onsite in either San Jose or San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, manage and maintain the day to day operations of all fitness & wellness programs for a multi-site client account

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (Performance, Marketing, Product, Innovation and Nutrition) to enhance program offerings. Partner with the Dedicated Account Manager to develop strategy and support the execution of these initiatives.

  • Participate in client meetings to review metrics, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and make & communicate program-related decisions

  • Develop and report on performance and operational metrics

  • Coordinate with Performance Team to implement program and system changes, introduction of new Exos products or services, and handle escalations

  • Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge on all internal products and programs. Implement updates as needed

  • Build and maintain a relationship with the client and their operations team (Participate and organize meetings; communicate daily/weekly)

  • Assist in the management and implementation of internal and external systems and vendors

  • Assist in the integration with the clients’ vendors as part of global strategy

  • Manage and serve as the point of escalation for the Client Services Center and Client Services Representative

  • Manage appropriate program budgets, staffing allocation, and execution of services within defined scopes of work

  • Proactively identify and resolve problems and inefficiencies

  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness, Business, or related field

  • Minimum of two years of experience in corporate wellness, total population health, or related program management

  • Proficiency in fitness/wellness program development, implementation and ongoing management

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with innovation, collaboration and initiative

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Limited travel (5-15%) required

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal software systems

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires long periods of standing or sitting.

  • Moderate use of computer terminal screen, right or left hand use, typing.

  • Grasping and gripping movements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. Some lifting may require additional assistance from another staff person. Employee expected to use discretionary judgment and ask for assistance from another employee if an item is perceived to be too heavy to lift without assistance.

  • Continuous exposure to moderate to loud noise.

  • Occasional exposure to bodily fluids.

  • Occasional lifting, pulling, climbing, kneeling, and bending.

    Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $66,000/year to $79,000/year. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
