Wells Fargo Senior Marketing Consultant - (CSBB Growth Marketing) in SAN FRANCISCO, California

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant in Consumer & Small Business Banking as part of Wells Fargo CSBB Marketing providing coverage for Branch Banking, Chief Customer Office, CSBB Control, CSBB Diverse Customer Segments, CSBB Operations, CSBB Strategy & Transformation, Consumer Marketing, Deposit Products Group, and Small Business. This role is part of the CSBB Growth Marketing organization, who are responsible for delivering new customer and balance growth profitably and at scale via effective marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on digital channels. Additionally, this role will help lead a robust test & learn agenda for creative/channel strategies to deliver customer-obsessed experiences and increase campaign effectiveness. In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in development of planning and executing increasingly complex highly visible programs within marketing

  • Contribute to marketing, creative or product management for major product lines and provide expert level consultation in one or more areas critical to E-business success such as marketing programs, new products, or product enhancements

  • Review and analyze moderately complex information across projects or programs to present findings and recommend solutions to management while developing work plans, campaign requirements, establishing milestones and reports comparing results to projections

  • Analyze product collateral design, development, distribution, regional marketing, and sales support including local advertising or brand awareness, sponsorships, promotions, sales campaigns, tracking, research, and reporting on trends and program effectiveness

  • Lead team to meet marketing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing

  • Collaborate and consult with product areas, technology, customer care, other organizational units, alliance partners, vendors, and line managers to recommend solutions to a wide range of difficult problems

  • Mentor other marketing professionals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing and/or campaign execution experience

  • Understanding of digital channels, including paid search, websites, and email

  • Experience leading effective collaboration across a team of project managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project

  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including external vendors

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task

  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills across various levels of the organization

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill

  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

  • Familiarity with various marketing technologies (e.g., Aprimo, IBM Campaign Management Tool, SalesForce)

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred

  • Ability to provide strategic direction in the advertising creative process

  • Previous experience with creative briefs

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
