Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing and innovative Managed Healthcare Organization that is based in San Francisco, CA. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning & budgeting, forecasting, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and data analysis as needed by leadership. The Senior Financial Analyst will also collaborate with various cross-functional teams in support of strategic plans, budgets and forecasts, and provide a clear understanding of results.

This contract engagement is an immediate need and could be a contract-to-hire role for the right candidate!

Work Environment: Hybrid with 2 days onsite at San Francisco HQ

The compensation range for this role is $47/hr. to $57/hr., with flexibility based on experience.

responsibilities:

• Develop, prepare, and present specialized reports, forecasts, profitability analysis, cost benefit analysis, other ad-hoc projects, and financial models

• Perform month-end closing process to analyze actual vs. budgets/forecasts, provide variance analysis, research financial irregularities, and use the analysis to develop meaningful financial reporting

• Review and approve purchase requisitions, headcount requests, capital spending against budgets and forecasts, etc.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business review; lead monthly financial review meetings with executive management

• Responsible for designing, revising, and monitoring internal performance metrics such as key performance indicators and reporting on those metrics periodically

• Identify various operational improvement opportunities as measured by profit growth; drive performance and implement approved plans

qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's Degree and/or CPA preferred

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis

• Experience working within a publicly traded high-tech company required

• Previous experience preparing ad-hoc analysis utilizing Excel and Power BI (or similar tools);

• Excel modeling experience required

• Ability to analyze commercial financial data and prepare management reports utilizing various analytical tools; excellent modeling skills required
