Description We are in search of a diligent Billing Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role involves managing an extensive range of documentation and intricate details for each project from proposal to final invoicing. The position is within the interior design industry and involves handling additional charges, fabrics, and add-ons, processing a high volume of pieces, including invoices and proposals, during peak times, incorporating various details such as shipping, materials, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Manage extensive range of documentation and intricate details for each project from proposal to final invoicing

• Handle additional charges, fabrics, and add-ons

• Process a high volume of pieces, including invoices and proposals, during peak times

• Incorporate various details such as shipping, materials, and more into the billing process

• Consolidate invoices based on specific project requirements and proactively reach out to vendors for correct invoicing

• Conduct regular wire transfers, including overseas transactions

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining financial records and invoices for various projects at different stages

• Carry out miscellaneous tasks as directed to ensure smooth operations

• Use accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, IBM AS/400, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites for various accounting functions, billing functions, claim administration, and collection processes

• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Claim Administration

• Knowledge of Collection Processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills
