As a Trust Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, risk management, and servicing of assigned fiduciary and investment management accounts. This role may involve Relationship Management responsibilities, as well as specialized knowledge in product areas such as IRAs, Charitable/Philanthropic Accounts, ILITs, Estates, etc. You will collaborate with a team of experts to administer accounts, with tasks assigned based on complexity. Your primary accountability will be the servicing and retention of existing accounts while ensuring compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and corporate policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

• Administer assigned fiduciary and investment management accounts in compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and policies and procedures.

• Manage risk associated with assigned accounts and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

• Provide Relationship Management services to clients as needed, including addressing inquiries and providing support.

• Utilize specialized knowledge and expertise in product areas to effectively administer accounts.

• Work collaboratively with a team of experts to administer accounts and allocate tasks based on complexity.

• Ensure timely and accurate servicing of existing accounts to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to account administration and servicing activities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to trust administration.

• Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in trust administration.
