We are looking for a  Treasury Management Sales Consultant in San Diego, CA.

Essential Functions:

  • Act as the subject matter expert in treasury and cash management product sales for new and existing clients.

  • Identify treasury and cash management banking needs and partner with bankers on cross sell opportunities.

  • Support building customer relationships and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by managing the treasury needs of clients.

  • Escalate issues as necessary with bankers, management, and product/vendor management teams.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s in business, finance or related field and 6+ years of banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

  • Employs advanced knowledge of banking, treasury management, banking/treasury products and procedures.

  • Advanced working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Strong sales, client product and relationship management skills.

  • Strong influence, problem resolution, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to effectively multitask, complete assignments and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of PCs and MS Office products.

    This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $120,000 - $175,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
