About the role

As a CBRE Regional Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing high performing teams and overseeing the daily operations for Facilities: workplace/building operations, Engineering: maintenance of systems and equipment and Experience: delivery of hospitality through meetings & events, amenities and onsite offerings at client locations within a dedicated region.

What you'll do

  • Drive direction from FM/Engineering COE and partner with the COE for Workplace Experience to run operations and programs.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients. Conduct regular meetings, communicate to clients regarding regional facilities performance.

  • Collaborate with Account COE's and client to develop goals, objectives and focus areas of service delivery on the account.

  • Participate in regional planning to develop portfolio strategies.

  • Create compelling presentations and reports to enhance delivery model by providing concise summaries, evidence based suggestions, clearly defined goals and securing project approval.

  • Build great teams by providing formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluation and coaching.

  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks and cross train staff. Set and track staff department and deadlines.

  • Drive performance by providing tactical operations support, oversight and performance of key 3rd party supplier partners.

  • Inspect the facility periodically for quality assurance. Ensure facility procedures comply with local, state and federal regulations.

  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

  • Deliver financial results by developing and managing annual operations budgets while summarizing forecasted or unforeseen variances. Create and implement savings initiatives across the region.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Excellent leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite products.

Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Impactful communicator, ability to succinct updates to Leadership and Client

Strong team builder, ability to motivate, develop, and challenge team members to maximize their own, and teams’ potential.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Regional Facilities Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Regional Facilities Manager position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
