As a Labor PI Coordinator works with the Finance team to identify opportunities for improvement in department productivity through the monitoring and approving of employee timekeeping and attendance records in Kronos.

In this role, the Coord Labor:

• Maintains and approves employee time and attendance records in congruence with MHS policies and procedures.

• Analyze labor reports for trends and identifies opportunities with missed punches, missed lunches, incremental overtime, etc.

• Makes recommendations to department leaders to address concerns around timekeeping and attendance.

• Identifies opportunities for improvement in department productivity.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or similar preferred.

• Experience: Previous work experience in a healthcare setting and previous supervisory experience preferred.
