The Copiers Specialist is knowledgeable in all areas of networking and the following, so that they can consult with customers: IP addresses, basic copier troubleshooting, fax machine troubleshooting, data collection. The Copiers Specialist's time will be spent working mainly at the Redwood Campus, but will also need to pass the college's driving test to be able to deliver, pick up, and move equipment and supplies.

The Copiers Specialist will co-manage the fleet of over 200 machines across all campuses. They will handle all calls with regards to machine errors and supply needs, and will maintain a clean workspace on the production floor.

Other essential duties include: greeting customers, assisting them with copies, helping in production on auxiliary equipment (binding, envelope printing, etc.), collecting meter reads, collecting revenue from coin-operated machines, and reporting to the accounting technician with regards to machine changes.
