What will you be doing as a Entry Level Recruiter ?

• Act as a liaison between client companies and candidates; communicate and provide support to clients in an urgent and professional manner

• Stay informed on all client needs and hiring requirements, and write and manage compelling job postings

• Evaluate and screen resumes, source, interview (both 1:1 and group interviews), and connect daily with candidates using a variety of technologies

• Conduct reference checks, screenings, assessments, and all necessary pre-employment activities

• Prepare candidates for client interview, setting mutual expectations, and managing post-interview feedback from all parties

• Maintain complete records of all candidate and client activity performed

What do you need to be an Entry Level Recruiter ?

• Sales, call center, training, coaching, or account management experience ideal

• Previous recruiting experience preferred but not required

• Excited, passionate, and personable demeanor with a strong desire to achieve

• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical capacity, ability to reason and make decisions quickly

• Task-oriented, strong time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
