The Liu Lab at the University of Utah invites applicants for a laboratory technician position to support a variety of projects, including 1) novel CRISPR technologies development, 2)molecular mechanisms of DNA repair, and 3) genome instability and innate immunity. Duties may include bacterial cloning, protein purification, western blotting, tissue culture, andmolecular biology assays (RT-PCR, PCR, sequencing, etc.). Responsibilities will be modified as the technician gains experience in our lab.
