• Review grants,contracts and or/agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws,regulations,and/or agency rules,standards and guidelines,etc.
• Reviews fiscal operations to ensure integrity,accuracy and control of data.
• Provide technical assistance and contract interpretation to agencies.
• Enter transactions into the State s accounting system.
• Meet and confer with management,users,and contract providers to resolve problems and coordinate services.
• Receive,process and follow-up on forgery investigation requests from payees of the State of Utah.
• Open,sort and process incoming mail for the Division of Finance.
• Process municipal tax distributions.
