Zions Bancorporation Assistant Relationship Officer, Specialty Loan Servicing: Salt Lake City in Salt Lake City, Utah

Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, investigating, gathering and presenting of financial data, tax information and credit documentation for determining a clients credit worthiness Reviews and initiates the creation of loan documents for legal, structural considerations making sure they are in compliance with policies and regulations. Makes calls on client to better underwrite credits. Serves as backup relationship manager. Assists with collection efforts and customer problem resolution. Consults with relationship managers and makes recommendations for credits and loan presentations. Assists with basic and mid-sized loans; provides customer service on behalf of loan officers/relationship managers and team leaders. May be responsible for disbursement of funds. Other duties as assigned. Requires a Bachelors and some experience in loan processes, credit, credit analysis, documentation or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Basic knowledge of credit, credit analysis and experience working with various types of loans. Ability to meet deadlines, audit documentation and solve problems. Ability to make recommendations to officers. Must have good communication, customer service and organizational skills. Knowledge of computer software, including spreadsheets, word processing and various types of credit analysis software.
