Campbell Companies Service Administrator in Salina, Utah

Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Opens work orders as directed and helps prepare the work orders for closing. May close work orders as directed by the Service Supervisor.

  • Assists the Service Supervisor in staying on top of work orders in process to ensure that they are closed in a timely fashion.

  • Submits warranty claims and follows up to ensure payment is received.

  • Assist with goodwill claims and submit for closing.

  • Daily technician time approval and reconciliation

  • Assists in maintaining a current priority list of work to be completed.

  • Review Service Link work orders and service reports daily for closing.

  • Request purchase order numbers from customers as needed to close jobs

  • Add notes/documents/photos to CAT Interact as needed

  • Assist in ordering office supplies

  • Prepare and deliver weekly/month-end bank deposits

  • Process purchase orders for vendors

  • Sort and deliver office mail

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong oral/written communication skills

  • Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office and internet-based programs

  • Ability to use copier/scanner/printer/FAX machines

  • General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred
