Center for Energy and Environment Scheduling Team Supervisor in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Description The Scheduling Team Supervisor is responsible for helping hire, train and direct Schedulers in their daily tasks, who are their direct reports. Additionally, the position will include coordinating with the Customer Engagement Manager to ensure staff are working effectively toward department goals and the Systems Coordinator to ensure that the data systems are well designed for staff. The position will include attending meetings, communicating with applicable staff, scheduling customers when needed, assigning crews, and managing a productive scheduling process. As part of the residential department team, this position may also assist with overflow work assigned from residential programs within CEE. Responsibilities: Ensure that direct reports can schedule and customers appropriately and timely Manage a team that can guide the customer to the right service (visit type) so that they are well positioned to earn rebates Drive continuous improvement in the scheduling system for scheduling staff and for customers Supervise, hire and train new and schedulers Dispatch schedule changes as needed to field crews Maintain daily visit assignments for field staff Maintain field staff calendar openings, adjusting daily staff fluctuations based on PTO, Outstate visits or other variables Accurate and timely scheduling of residential homeowner visits Monitor scheduling email accounts and voicemails to ensure that customers receive a response within one business day Provide support to residential staff Accurate and timely data entry with special emphasis on information security Understand and adhering to corporate policies and procedures, attending trainings as requested, and reading corporate wide emails and correspondence Other duties as assigned or apparent Qualifications/Job Requirements: At least 2 years experience in program coordination and/or supervisory experience Basic residential program knowledge Computer skills and high comfort level with modern office technology. Proven ability to organize processes and schedule a wide range of activities Excellent communication skills including the ability to coordinate and run meetings, and communicate professionally and pleasantly with customers An orientation toward teamwork Ability to supervise and manage team Routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Requires ability to stand; walk; sit; use hands to grip, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; each with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Primary working hours can be done in office or remotely after training and will generally follow the Residential Department's remote work policies Compensation Depending on qualifications and experience, we believe the starting pay for this position will be $26.00 to $27/hr.
