Description

We are offering an opportunity to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in the non-profit/property management industry as a high volume Recruiter. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR Generalists to identify and attract promising candidates, developing and maintaining relationships with potential hires, and managing a high volume of requisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers and HR Generalists to move promising candidates through the hiring process

• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates over an extended period of time to ensure a skilled and diverse candidate pool

• Build pipelines for future openings by maintaining relationships with potential candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Generalists through each step of the hiring process

• Develop and post job bulletins using internal and external job boards, detail-oriented associations, and social media, while analyzing the effectiveness of each

• Screen applications and select experience in candidates to advance in the hiring process

• Schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and HR Generalists and assist with the interview process

• Facilitate reference checks, background checks, pre-employment physicals, and other employment tests

• Provide candidates with status updates and information to ensure a positive candidate experience

• Utilize Full Cycle Recruiting and UKG Pro skills to effectively manage recruitment processes

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Full Cycle Recruiting. • Familiarity with UKG Pro, and the ability to utilize it effectively for recruitment processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders. • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. • A solid understanding of the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry and its hiring needs. • Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent. • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. • Property Management recruiting a plus!
