Hiring for Microscope Assembly in Saint Paul, MN, US

Pay $18-19/hr(Based on Experience)

Job Description

• Overtime on Saturdays is common. Responsibilities include assembling small plastic and electronic components for hearing aid and pacemaker batteries.

• You will use a microscope for assembly and quality checks, with microscope use up to 6 hours per shift.

• The role involves working in a clean-room environment using tweezers and small hand tools, following work orders, and completing documentation.

• Proficiency in reading and writing English is required. The position involves sitting for most of the day.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in Medical Assembly

• Willingness to work under a microscope

• Excellent communication skills

• Consistent work history

• Be fully comfortable and aware of clean room environment.

Work Environment

Working in a clean room - will wear a lab coat, hair covering, gloves, and safety glasses. No makeup allowed. The company is small, with around 50 people per shift in the building. The facility is new and has a family feel. Many employees have been with the company for 15 years.
