Mechanical/Medical Device Assembler

Pay $20 to $21/hr.,

Job Description

• This position involves working in the Phase 5 area for mass production of medical devices on a large production floor.

• Candidates will assemble products directly from work instructions on the computer and Travelers.

• The company manufactures its own products such as diagnostic machines, blood analyzers, and heart monitors. Responsibilities include working with computers, completing in-process documentation, and utilizing hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualification

1 year or more of previous mechanical/medical device assembly experience Prefer soldering and hand bonding experience .

Work Environment

• Very nice facility, clean, comfortable, well-lit. It is a regulated work environment but not a clean room.

• Hours are 1st shift 7am-3:30pm.

• Must be willing to work overtime and be open to some weekend work as needed.

• Overtime typically starts as early as 5am, and some Saturdays may be required in the 3rd and 4th quarters.
