Nexeo HR is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Production Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our production department,you'll be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role demands a blend of technical expertise,problem-solving prowess,and a proactive approach to maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

   Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on production machinery to uphold optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

   Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical,electrical,and pneumatic issues,swiftly implementing effective solutions to maintain uninterrupted production flow.

   Execute preventive maintenance procedures according to established schedules to preemptively address potential equipment failures and enhance longevity.

   Collaborate closely with production personnel to prioritize maintenance tasks,scheduling downtime strategically to minimize disruption to operations.

Qualifications

   Experience: Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic within a manufacturing or production environment.

   Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude in diagnosing and rectifying mechanical,electrical,and pneumatic system malfunctions.

   Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems,devise innovative solutions,and implement them efficiently.

   Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in performing maintenance tasks and accurately documenting maintenance activities.

   Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across departments.

   Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced,ever-evolving work environment,adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.

   Safety Commitment: Dedication to adhering to stringent safety protocols and regulations,ensuring a secure work environment for all staff.
