Responsibilities

• Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

• Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks

  Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal within estate planning and trust administration

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired

• Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Command of Probate & Estate Administration

• Experience with Estate Tax Return

• Strong familiarity with Probate Law

• Comprehensive knowledge of estate planning

• Power of attorney forms experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
