We self-perform installation of piping, chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, etc., and subcontract sheet metal, insulation, and control work. Pipe includes copper, PVC, carbon steel, various acid-resistant plastics, cast iron and ductile iron. Joints include threaded, welded, mechanical. Mostly comprised of mechanical and plumbing work, projects are commercial, institutional, and industrial and range from $100k to $15M.

1. Pipe Fitters and Pipe Welders with a minimum of 3 years' experience in trade with license or certifications is required.
2. PlumbersExperience with commercial plumbing required
3. Foreman- Minimum 5 years' trade experience, 2 years supervisory as a foreman.

Experience with blueprint and specification reading is very helpful.
