Work you'll do

We are seeking a seasoned Maximo Architect at the manager level with a focus on Maximo MAS Upgrades. In this critical role, you will lead the design and implementation of upgrades for Maximo Asset Management System (MAS) environments. You will utilize your extensive knowledge and experience with RedHat/OpenShift, industry standards, Maximo Compatibility Matrix, and your consulting expertise to drive successful upgrade projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Maximo MAS upgrades.

  • Leverage extensive knowledge of RedHat/OpenShift to ensure efficient operation and compatibility with Maximo MAS environments.

  • Utilize understanding of industry standards and the Maximo Compatibility Matrix to guide upgrade decisions and strategies.

  • Provide consulting expertise to clients on best practices for Maximo MAS upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation strategies.

  • Coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and system manuals.

  • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Maximo MAS environments.

  • Stay current with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Maximo and related technologies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience as a system architect with a focus on Maximo MAS upgrades.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with RedHat/OpenShift.

  • Deep understanding of industry standards and the Maximo Compatibility Matrix.

  • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to guide clients through complex technical decisions and processes.

  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading successful upgrade projects.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

  • Ability to stay current with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Maximo and related technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
