Occupational Therapist 

Uintah Basin Medical Center (UBMC)is hiring a full time Occupational Therapist.  This position is a full-time salaried position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating patients in outpatient and inpatient settings and will be skilled in treating a variety of ages and diagnoses.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform Occupational Therapy Assessments and implement an appropriate plan of care
• Employ therapeutic treatment interventions that are consistent with evidence based practice guidelines
• Coordinate treatment interventions with other therapeutic professionals
• Work closely and develop a rapport with the UBH medical staff 
• Maintain a high level of productivity
• Document and bill according to recognized and accepted practice guidelines

Job Requirements:

1. Occupational Therapy degree and state of Utah licensure.
2. Current BCLS and CPR certifications. 
3. Must be able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Basic computer skills required.
5. In addition, the qualified candidate must be able to work well in a team environment.
