Full Job Description

We are looking for dependable and compassionate Home Care Aides to take pride in helping with daily living and personal care services in clients' residences in accordance with an established care plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform household tasks
• Transport and accompany clients to doctors' office or to the hospital
• Assist with client's personal care activities
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
• Maintain client's care records and document provided services
• Assist clients with physical therapies/exercises
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Meal preparation
• Assist with personal care (If applicable)
• Errands and grocery shopping
• Much, much more!

Skills

• No healthcare experience is necessary, we will train you!
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to monitor basic vital signs and report irregularities
• Familiarity with basic personal hygiene standards
• Caring and compassionate personality
