Job Description

  • Support the coordination and administration of our local learning programs.

  • Promote our different signature LEGO learning programs for employees and people leaders to drive adoption.

  • Coordinate onboarding sessions for new LEGO colleagues to accelerate a sense of belonging to the unique culture and values at the LEGO Group.

  • Co-design (potentially also co-facilitate) local learning programs based on needs from stakeholders.

  • Support tracking and assessment of development initiatives to drive improvement in key L&D metrics.

  • Leverage data analysis skills to create insightful dashboards and tell the L&D story with data visualizations

  • Salary 18.75 per hour

  • Potential candidates will need to be available to work the remainder of 2024. Required to work 40 hours per week throughout the summer. Hours can be flexible when school starts in the fall (perhaps 20-30 hours).
