This position is responsible for facilitating all aspects of talent development and engagement, Human Capital (HC) special projects, and cross-functional support including planning of project, execution, and post-activity evaluation. A day in the life of a HC Activity Manager may including, but not limited to: * With limited direction and guidance from management, assists HC management on coordination of organizational development activities. * Administers/facilitates HC project or function-specific programs. * Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching/team coaching, observing/tracking performance, adding key insights to enhance delivery, and delivering content in group forums utilizing a variety of methods/techniques. * Perform as an instructor in specialized content areas of HC related discipline. * Perform individual and group assessments and recommend process and performance improvements. * Participates in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. * Initiates activities and implements resolutions to problems with varying degrees of complexity that affect the respective organization. * Foresees areas needing improvement or modification. Basic Qualifications * Intermediate Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 6 or more years of relevant experience. * Intermediate Grade 19: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 6 or more years of relevant experience.
