Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Project Manager, Behavioral Health Strategy *Remote* in Renton, Washington

Providence Health Plan is calling a Senior Project Manager, Behavioral Health Strategy who will: Provide and track project plans, communication plans, timelines, data/dashboards, and presentations for Providence's Well Being Trust Partner with clinical, operational, and technical subject matter experts as well as leaders from many different Providence teams to drive complex initiatives forward Partner to lead change management for large system initiatives promoting improvements in behavioral health care Be accountable for managing multiple projects to identify and achieve specified objectives on time Be comfortable with data, specifically clinical and financial data, to support evaluation and progress in projects and initiatives Please note the following important details about this role: This is a temporary, part time position working an average of 20 hours per week The estimated duration for this role is approximately 1 year We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States: Alaska Washington Oregon Montana California Nevada New Mexico Texas Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Project Management -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 5+ years of experience managing multiple complex high-profile projects simultaneously and driving towards successful results Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's Degree 5+ years of Consulting background experience in a high production, deadline-oriented professional work environment requiring multi-tasking, flexibility, and self-directed work PMI Certification and/or working knowledge of lean thinking concepts and methods Behavioral Health experience Salary Range by Location: WA: (Puget Sound, Vancouver), OR: (Portland), AK: (Anchorage): Min: $47.33 Max: $76.19 OR: (Salem, Hood River, Medford, Seaside): Min: $44.12 Max: $71.03 E-WA: (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): Min: $42.12 Max: $67.80 NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): Min: $55.35 Max: $89.11 SoCal, NorCal (Humboldt), AK: (Kodiak, Seward, Valdez), NV: Min: $49.34 Max: $79.42 MT: Min: $38.10 Max: $61.34 Lubbock TX, NM: Min: $36.10 Max: $58.11 Why Join Providence?
