Requisition Summary We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented Recruiter to join our PACCAR Parts HR team! In this role, you will partner with PACCAR Parts hiring managers at our division office and PACCAR Parts Distribution Centers to recruit and hire employees in a variety of areas of the business including: Operations, customer experience, marketing, accounting, materials and IT. This key role will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including job description development, sourcing, screening candidates and job offers. This position will be based out of our division office in Renton, WA. Job Functions / Responsibilities Manage the full cycle recruiting process for assigned positions. Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source and attract candidates. Consult with Hiring Managers at the Director level and below to determine talent requirements for open positions, build candidate hiring profiles and ensure diverse candidate pools Screen, prioritize and present qualified candidates meeting the established job requirements Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders Participate in campus recruitment and other recruiting events Recruit for assigned summer internships and support summer internship planning and events. Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience throughout the process, including reliable follow-up and follow-through. Other related projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 1-3 years of recruiting experience A passion and commitment to service and relationship building. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SAP SuccessFactors a plus. Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Metric-driven mentality and ability to use data to influence recruiting strategies. Ability to travel occasionally to PACCAR Parts distribution centers.
