Providence St. Joseph Health Operations Project Manager Health Care in Renton, Washington

Description This position is remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of WA and OR. The Project Manager is accountable for multiple, diverse, and complex projects in the areas of operations, quality improvement, and strategic objectives/goals. Directly accountable to the Executive Sponsors, the Project Manager oversees all aspects of the projects. We are looking for a Project Manager that can lead project teams and projects from initial problem identification and through the project life cycle. Our Project Managers coordinate efforts across initiatives and teams, account for task dependencies, and keep work flowing within project scope, budget and schedule. Our Project Managers are on point for risk and issue management, including documenting, communicating, and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans. Required qualifications : Bachelor's Degree -Or- 10 years relevant experience 3 years' Experience with project or program management. Preferred qualifications: Healthcare industry experience Strong facilitation, planning and time-management skills. Knowledge and experience using industry standard project management methodologies. Experience using project management software. Experience incorporating process improvement methodologies into large scale projects. Experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities. Experience in vendor / contract management and negotiations. The salary range listed for this position MIN:$39.32 to MAX:$62.25 per hour is based upon the primary work location Beaverton, OR posted. This position is remote. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from State and region.
