Description Manager Project Management - Remote This position is responsible for directing, coordinating, and providing strategic project management leadership, analysis, and tactical decision-making support. The manager will provide oversight and direction to both in person/on-site and virtual teams through the development, planning, management, and coordination of various system initiatives and related projects. The operations manager fills a key leadership position as an analytic and strategic partner, enhancing the internal capability within the organization to develop and drive change, as well as optimize team performance to meet organization goals and commitments. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration Or equivalent combination of education and experience Project Management Professional (PMP) 6 years Project management, health planning, and/or business analysis experience 4 years Supervisor or leadership experience Demonstrated experience in: Leading teams, process group facilitation, project management, and building management systems Excellent planning and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to plan and lead meetings and workshops to accomplish specific objectives Accomplishing objectives in a complex, geographically dispersed organization Leading teams through direct reporting accountability and using influence. Demonstrated track record of leading teams to successfully accomplish objectives Conceptual and quantitative analysis using computer tools Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree Salary Range by location: WA Puget Sound Oregon (Portland) Min: $55.29, Max: $89.02 Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside) Min: $51.55, Max: $82.98 Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla) Min: $49.20, Max: $79.21 Why Join Providence?
