Providence Health Plan's Care Management department is hiring a Medicaid Clinical Program Manager This leader is an expert in Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Medicaid Care Management clinical program delivery. OHP serves Oregon's most vulnerable populations and Care Management services are key to bridging our members to healthcare. This unique role is perfect for the clinical innovator who strives to enhance and drive healthcare delivery in new and effective ways. This role includes oversight of OHP Care Management clinical operations including workflow development and management, assessment build and efficiency, compliance, reporting and may have direct staff oversight. This role: Works with the leadership team and program Management team to support care management services that fosters compassion and creates innovative interventions that will serve and support our members. Drives knowledge and solutions to provide equity in healthcare delivery, treatments, and social interventions. Supports Care Management leadership in building and maintaining strategic internal and external relationships as they relate to successful administration of OHP Care Management functions. Will work with Medicare affiliated plan partners, community benefit organizations, Health Share of Oregon and their partners, Oregon Health Authority, and statewide CCO colleagues. We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States / Regions: Oregon Washington California Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other clinical health related field -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 5+ Years of nursing practice or other clinically related field 3+ Years of Supervisory or progressive leadership experience in health care Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Public Health -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience Coursework / Training: Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Change Acceleration Process 3+ Years of Program management experience in an ambulatory and/or acute care setting Experience working in Managed Care/Health Care Insurance Care Management or ACO Why Join Providence?
