Full Time Social Worker - Family Medical Group - Rensselaer, NY

St. Peters Health Partners is seeking a Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) experienced in providing adult, outpatient assessment and treatment services in a primary care setting. Strong communication and collaborative skills a must.

This position will acquire a full caseload, as the previous Psychologist is retiring

What you will Need:

  • Master's degree in Social Work is required.

  • NYS LMSW or LCSW licensure is required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical, Psychiatric, or Health Care setting is required

  • This is a highly autonomous and independent position that seeks a self-directed, creative leader and self-starter.

Pay Range: $29.00 - $41.40

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
