Description

We are offering a role in our team for a meticulous Accounting Clerk located in Reno, Nevada. This role is pivotal in our accounting department, focusing on the processing and maintenance of customer credit applications. This contract employment opportunity will require the individual to handle various customer credit inquiries and monitor customer credit accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain related records

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect overdue payments

• Reconcile credit card deposits and record them in NetSuite

• Handle deposits from multiple websites, Paypal, and eBay, ensuring each transaction is accurately recorded in NetSuite

• Manage Accounts Receivable/Collections by sending emails to customers and processing necessary credit card payments

• Manage Accounts Payable by matching receivings, posting vendor invoices, and recording vendor transactions

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, and NetSuite in performing the above tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge in Billing procedures

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Experience with Invoice Processing

• Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
