Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technology Architect to join our Ascension Technologies team. As an Oracle Cloud Technology Architect , you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design, implementation and administration of Oracle cloud services including Oracle SaaS , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle fusion applications, Oracle Integration Cloud and experience working as an architect in a large-scale healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise for solution development and application integration for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation which is transformational in technology, crosses more than one line of business and includes multiple stakeholders including system implementor, software vendor and other internal teams

  • Architect and implement integrations between Oracle SaaS (HCM, Finance and SCM) and other business application providers on the cloud and 3rd party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud platform.

  • Architect and implement integrations between UKG dimensions and other 3rd party applications using Dell Boomi platform.

  • Architect and manage data migration and synchronization processes, ensuring data quality and integrity of the application

  • Architect data archival and retrieval solutions for legacy ERP applications

  • Configure and administer Oracle Integration Cloud and Dell Boomi platforms

  • Establish and enforce a technical governance process for Oracle cloud deployment.

  • Collaborate on architecture reviews to assess the integrity and quality of proposed technical solutions

  • Identify and provide recommendations for the acceptance or mitigation of any issues and risks associated with proposed solutions, architectural designs, implementation plans and timelines

  • Communicating technical solutions, risks and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Analyze the performance of Oracle Cloud solutions and identify areas for improvement. Optimizing configurations, resource utilization, tuning and optimizing integration flows and application design to enhance system performance and scalability.

  • Investigating and resolving technical issues, integration issues, such as errors, performance bottlenecks, or connectivity problems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and Integrations

  • 7+ years of experience working as an architect in ERP applications

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of various integration and middleware solutions including Oracle Integration Cloud, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, FTP and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).

  • Should have good understanding of REST/SOAP endpoints in Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance and Supply Chain products

  • Experience with tools like BI Publisher, OTBI is required

  • Strong understanding of integration/orchestration technologies

  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Security and Integration Security

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards pertaining to Cloud.

  • Experience implementing large scale ERP solutions in Healthcare preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

  • Oracle certification(s) is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
