As a Systems Administrator Sr within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you may be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As a Systems Administrator Sr, you will ensure that the agile work management solution is configured optimally to support our teams' workflows and processes. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including project managers, program managers, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement solutions within the agile work management solution. Specific job duties include the following:

· Agile work management solution configuration - Ensure the agile work management solution is configured optimally to support the organization's workflow and project management needs.

· User Support and Training - Provide support and training to users, enabling them to effectively utilize the agile work management solution for project management.

· System Maintenance and Upgrades - Conduct regular maintenance tasks and manage system upgrades to ensure the stability and security of the agile work management solution environment.

· Customization and Integration - Customize the agile work management solution and integrate it with other tools to enhance functionality and streamline processes.

· Issue Resolution - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the agile work management solution configuration, performance, and user queries in a timely manner

Due to the nature of this position, we are seeking technically proficient individuals who have experience using agile work management solutions. Candidates should be strong communicators and collaborators. Problem solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt and learn quickly is also preferred.

Job Description

  • Installs, configures and maintains mid-range operating systems.

  • Analyzes and resolves problems associated with servers, hardware and software.

  • Installs, configures and maintains operating hardware and software.

  • Troubleshoots networking and operating system problems.

  • Provides recommendations for hardware and software planning and budgeting related issues

Competencies

Configuration Management – Knowledge of and ability to manage the process, tools and techniques for managing hardware, software, communications, facilities and personnel that provide the organization's IT services.

Hardware Infrastructure – Knowledge of and the ability to design, implement and integrate IT hardware for its use in business environments.

IT Quality Assurance – Knowledge of and the ability to utilize a variety of specific technical tools and testing methods to ensure the quality of IT production.

Software Installation and Support – Knowledge of and ability to plan and execute software platform changes with minimal service disruption to the client.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
