CSL Plasma Training Site Supervisor (Remote Short-Term Assignment) (Traveling Trainer) in Remote, Florida

The Training Site Supervisor will direct and oversee training site activities and trainer performance within assigned training sites. Supervisors will be responsible for ensuring site trainers are successful at delivering training materials to center resources attending training.

1 Provide oversight and training facilitation at various locations across the US.

2 Monitor and track effectiveness of trainers that are providing employees device training and implement adjustments, as necessary.

3 Oversee training assignments for the individual locations. Allocate resources as needed. Delivers feedback to trainers about their performance regularly. Responsible for routine and ongoing communication about training progress to the Training site assistant Manager.

4 Responsible for routine and ongoing communication about training progress to the Training site assistant manager.

5 Model/reinforce excellent customer service to team members, site employees, trainees, and vendor.

6 Ensure the training program is effectively delivering process knowledge to all trainees. Oversee and monitor training activities to ensure compliance with company SOP and EHS policies.

7 Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months of supervisory leadership experience to include responsibility for overseeing the activities of others

  • Ability to lead staff without direct authority, which includes providing feedback, giving direction, and holding other accountable for actions and results

  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications Additional Comments

  • Proficient in English language

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Strong organizational skills motivated and self-starter

  • Able to take initiative and react quickly and calmly to urgent situations

Working Conditions

  • Shares information with external and internal contacts with common desire to reach a solution

  • Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the department’s creditability, operations, and service

  • Ability to formulate complex and comprehensive materials such as authoritative reports of major scope and impact and/or develop presentations

  • Could be perform tasks while standing and walking up to 100% of the time

  • Reach, bend, kneel and have a high level of manual dexterity

  • Potential overnight travel required greater than 80% of the time

  • Ability to lift and carryover 50 Ibs.

  • Overtime and working extended hours may be required

  • Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks to prevent exposure of blood borne pathogens

  • Ability to make decisions based on logical evaluation

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions required

  • Extended work hours to include weekends may be required

  • Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
