CACI is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Develope r with experience supporting the DOD and/or the US Navy. You will join our SharePoint Development team supporting PEO IWS. This position has to ability of remote, provided candidate can fully support the client in this capacity.

As a member of our SharePoint development team, you will support SharePoint sites for PEO IWS. Our team is constantly seeking developers who have creative ideas to solve complex problems, and the ambition to learn new development techniques in SharePoint.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SharePoint Development and Power Platform, but we are also excited to find sharp candidates coming from other IT disciplines who have an ambition and aptitude to try something new. SharePoint Development is a rapidly growing industry! In this role, you can learn to create customized solutions in SharePoint that automate and optimize business processes in a variety of industries, and you can learn to automate processes across the entire Microsoft 365 suite of applications with the Power Platform (all Microsoft Office applications, not just SharePoint).

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Join a team that provides web design, SharePoint development, and SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA) support to internal CACI SharePoint customers, as well as Navy customers from Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

  • Work in a SharePoint team to research, design, develop, and/or modify SharePoint front end customizations to support customer's business processes.

  • Collaborate with team mates to design immersive, UI/UX friendly SharePoint Online Modern site pages and Power Apps applications and forms.

  • Customize customer’s SharePoint Online sites and task tracking lists with conditional formatting.

  • Work directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and design innovative solutions.

  • Redesign existing SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint 2019 custom forms in SharePoint Online and Power Apps.

  • Automate business processes in Power Automate for SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.

More About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong business operations foundation, planning skills, aptitude and demonstrated initiative.

  • Create user friendly and visually appealing SharePoint Online applications in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

  • Support customers with daily SharePoint Site Collection Administration duties, to include managing user permissions, designing custom permissions solutions, and creating subsites and other content.

  • Work in an innovative team to design and develop SharePoint Online sites.

  • Collaborate with SharePoint developers and analysts on solutions, and contribute to team training / knowledge sharing meetings.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technology degree.

  • In addition to the required education, must have (7+) years experience in SharePoint development (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, or O365) and in SharePoint Site Collection Administration.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite.

  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.

  • Ambition to learn and expand current skillsets; self-starter.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

These Qualifications would be Nice To Have:

  • Experience developing in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Experience in SharePoint migrations and third party migration tools such as ShareGate

  • Experience managing SharePoint site collections in a Site Collection Administrator (SCA) role

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
