CACI's Mastodon Design team in Rochester, NY is looking to hire a Product Trainer to join their growing team. This organization specializes in designing and building hardware and software to meet our customers’ next requirement. Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application-level software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals exploitation and communications systems.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for providing subject matter expertise for training cryptologic operators using Mastodon Design core products on advanced tactics, techniques, and procedures for collection and exploitation of communications using the core Mastodon Design product portfolio.

  • Performs end-user training, including new-user and train-the-trainer events; tailors complexity and depth of presentation to user experience level.

  • Works with technical publications group to develop new training packages and enhance existing training curriculum and material.

  • Responsible for providing technical product support for the core Mastodon Design product portfolio, including system operation, user training, and troubleshooting.

  • Assists both internal and external customers with system troubleshoot triage and path to resolution.

More About the Role:

  • Conducts training after action review and distills user feedback into actionable recommendations for enhancements to both current and future products, systems, and processes.

  • Works with engineering, sales, program management, and systems engineering on product content for responses to RFI’s/RFP’s and other inquiries requiring specific product knowledge.

  • Ensures the consistency and accuracy of product instruction including product specifications, marketing material, and technical support documentation.

  • Supports customer demonstrations, field trails, and other customer facing events as required.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience, or 10 years of prior related experience.

  • Active Secret clearance

  • Travel: 50% or more, including potential for international travel.

  • Familiarity with tactical communications networks, signals intelligence collection equipment and electronic warfare operations.

  • Training and presentation experience with internal and external customers.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with working with sales or front-end of the business personnel, as well as dealing directly with customer and end users.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within a rapidly growing business and evolving organization.

  • Military service/ background, strongly preferred.

  • Experience with classroom instruction of military equipment, ideally with previous military training certification experience.

  • A strong background in 802.11 preferred.

  • Familiarity with Sceptre and tactical ELINT tools preferred.

  • Experience with program of instruction development; administration of checks on learning, quizzes, and tests; and group and one-on-one instruction methodology.

  • Enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and sharing knowledge.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
