Providence St. Joseph Health Telecom Engineering Program Manager II IS in Redmond, Washington

Description Telecom Engineering Program Manager - - 100% Remote within the Providence footprint of states (WA, OR, CA, MT, NM, TX, AK) Telecom Program Manager will collaborate with Engineering counterparts and technology vendors to deliver solutions and services that enhance caregiver satisfaction and contribute value to Providence. This role has a broad scope, spanning across business units, and a deep focus on the technical, procedural, and continuous improvement aspects essential for developing enterprise-wide IS services. Responsibilities encompass the entire life cycle of the solution or service, including collaboration with Engineering and business stakeholders, interaction with caregivers, managing the release, and supporting the caregiver community. Operating in a dynamic environment, this role involves meeting constant demands for on-time delivery, necessitating an understanding of Telephony technologies to meet customer needs. Key skills required include analysis and design, robust problem resolution, effective decision-making, and strong communication, influencing and partnership abilities. Success in this role relies on collaboration with the business, fellow IS organizations, and project teams. A solid understanding of Telephony technology is expected in this position. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or equivalent educ/experience 3 years Related experience; 3-5 years preferred. Preferred qualifications: Proficiency with PBX technology including Mitel, Shoretel, Avaya, Nortel, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Experience with Contact Center solutions Familiarity with third party Telephony applications Experience with SCRUM, ADO, Agile And Experience in a Healthcare environment Salary Range by location: *hourly listed - position is salaried NorCal (Napa, Sonoma) Min: $54.28, Max: $89.12 Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt) Alaska (Kodiak, Seward, Valdez) Min: $48.38, Max: $79.43 WA Puget Sound Oregon (Portland) Alaska (Anchorage) Min: $46.41, Max: $76.20 Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside) Min: $43.26, Max: $71.04 Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla) Min: $41.30, Max: $ 67.81 Montana Min: $37.36, Max: $61.35 Texas/ NM Min: $35.40, Max: $58.12 Why Join Providence?
