Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:

Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Manage project implementation, which may include resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training of technical development and product planning teams. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more but less than 100%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics, or a related field. Employer will accept 3 or 4 year Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 36 months of software related product marketing, program management, and developing market strategy.
  • Specific skills: Experience must include 12 months of experience in each of the following: Program management; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; Coordinating program development of computer software applications/systems/services from design through product release; Reporting; GDPR Management; Visual Studio; and SDLC.

Any suitable combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (V5614924.b), in Redmond, WA, is $166,838 to $196,838 per year.

 

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?
