We're hiring a Software Engineer II for our Secrets Management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) team at Secrets Analytics Service, a leading data platform analyzing certificates and secrets across Azure and Microsoft. This pivotal role involves building and enhancing our data platform to serve a wide range of internal and external customers, collaborating with inclusive teams across Identity, Azure, Office, Dynamics, and Xbox to deliver secure data experiences. Candidates should have a background in software development, data analyze, knowledge of security principles. Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing data set processes for data modeling, mining, and production

  • Implementing internal and external APIs to support data integration and consumption

  • Ensuring data privacy and compliance standards are met

  • Developing and managing data pipelines at enterprise scale

  • Optimizing data retrieval, developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations

  • Focusing on customer/partner needs through a data driven approach

  • Troubleshooting and optimizing automation, reliability, and monitoring for LiveSite

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

o OR equivalent experience

  • 2 years of experience with shipping and operating services at scale.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data Analytics experience.

  • Experience working with large data sets using SQL/Azure Data Lake/Spark to derive actionable insights.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
