Microsoft Corporation Senior Product Manager in Redmond, Washington

The Dynamics 365 AI Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team is on a mission to re-imagine business applications leveraging AI and Copilot. The Dynamics 365 Product Management team is responsible for the product strategy across our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) portfolio of solutions. The team also orchestrates the execution of our strategy, in close collaboration with the engineering, marketing and sales teams.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to own product capabilities and work with customers to deliver the best experience possible. You will be a key driver of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Define new capabilities that meet business requirements and customer needs. 

  • Interact with customers to validate hypothesis and get feedback on our product strategy and roadmap 

  • Be a contributor to our ERP analytics strategy and be aware of cutting-edge knowledge of industry standards, best practices, regulatory landscapes, and breakthroughs in cloud data, analytics, insights, and ERP technologies.  

  • Innovate and implement streamlined processes and state-of-the-art tools to accelerate the integration of customer, partner, and ISV solutions with our business performance analytics platform, enhancing user experience and satisfaction. 

  • Actively drive the expansion and market penetration of Dynamics 365 AI Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) within the business performance analytics area, striving to set new benchmarks for world class data access, analytical prowess, and insight generation. 

  • Grow an active community of users, customers, partners and AI ERP product team with a focus on driving business insights and action. Build an active forum where users can exchange ideas, experiences and provide inputs to better the product  

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management

  • OR equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years' experience with product management for business to business cloud-based applications.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements arerequired for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data management or business analytics.

  • Experience in Financial business applications

  • Experience with large language models (LLM) and AI technologies

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and partners communities

  • Have a track record delivery in complex organizations.

  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
