Aston Carter Inventory/Supply Chain Analyst in Redmond, Washington

Inventory/Supply Chain Analyst

Hourly Pay: $25.00/HR

Shift/Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

-Managing metrics and daily reports generated for standups, but also looking at doing this at a larger scope for the business.

-Running with product resolution, working with leads, SOPs/documentation, working within Excel, root cause analysis, fish bone diagram/etc.

-Entering and pulling data from their systems when there are discrepancies that go out to production floor, digital inventory not matching physical inventory/parts, taking this information to take down part number/date reported, look into SAP, run investigations and then work on product resolution and how do they prevent this from happening again.

-This role will entail entering/pulling data/info, investigations/deep dive, taking information in a trending format to pull raw data and create pivot table or graph so managers can show over a period of time, where consistencies or inconsistencies are.

-50% data entry/collection/analysis and 50% physically handling materials/processing them through ERP systems and assisting other areas for processing materials. Core function is analytics.

Qualifications:

-1+ year of experience familiar with process audits/fish bone diagrams/root cause analysis.

-Process analysis – looking at a process and analyzing inefficiencies.

-Aerospace/automotive/warehouse/supply chain or waste management exp.

-Excel (pivot tables/v-lookups/creating formulas); if not Excel, similar experience within Quip or Smartsheet.
