Aston Carter Administrative Assistant 2 in Redmond, Washington

One of the largest tech companies based in Redmond, WA is hiring an Administrative Assistant II to support complex administrative functions.

About the role:

  • Hybrid in Redmond, WA

  • Compensation: $24-26

  • Daily schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to perform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.

  • You will manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, process business expenses, and support the engineering team.

  • This role includes calendar management, space management, team support, onboarding new hires, and budget management.

  • The role requires working onsite in Redmond, WA, three days a week.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience with Outlook calendar management

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience with Excel, able to create pivot tables

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience with MSFT suite

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
