A Procurement Specialist job in Reading, PA is currently accepting applications. This is a contract position with our key manufacturing client. In this role, you will be managing a requisition backlog and working with internal stakeholders to get proper documentation. To be considered for this role, you will have a B.S. Degree in finance, supply chain, business along with 3-5 years of procurement experience.

Procurement Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a requisition backlog and working with internal stakeholders to get proper documentation.

• Converting requisitions to purchase orders

• Expediting purchase orders and resolving open po"s.

• Invoice resolution

• Purchase order maintenance

• Creation of item PIR (Purchasing Info Record)

• SAP experience is required

Procurement Specialist Job Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in finance, supply chain, business, or related field preferred.

• 3-5 years" experience in procurement

• Previous experience with SAP required

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing organization, preferred Fluent with basic

• Windows OS features and MS Office Excel
