JOB REQUIREMENTS: Technical Specialist, Chemistry - 26372 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Senior Technical Specialist, Chemistry you will play a key role in our R&D team, supporting the formulation and testing of new products across various categories. For Internal Associates this is a grade T24 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in the formulation and development of new consumer products, including Pest Control products, under the guidance of senior scientists and engineers. * Prepare and test prototype formulations using laboratory equipment and techniques, following established procedures and safety guidelines. * Conduct stability testing and performance evaluations on formulated products to assess quality, efficacy, and shelf-life characteristics. * Record and analyze experimental data, documenting observations, results, and conclusions in electronic laboratory notebooks to assure corporate compliance. * Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and inventory, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning for efficient operation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to support product development projects and meet project timelines. * Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in formulation science. * Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other relevant regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations.
