As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, meet the need of tomorrow, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to executionThis is a hybrid role located in either our Plano, TX or Purchase, NY offices.#LI-Hybrid Responsibilities* Proactively develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for technology ($50 - $100MM) that continually improve quality, cost, and service across all PepsiCo business operations* Drive the sourcing process, lead sourcing, support Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work development, and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements.* Understanding of technology industry in consulting or strategy formulation capacity and/or track record of working with suppliers such as e.g., IBM, SAP, PWC, Deloitte, EY, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, Microsoft, Oracle, Symantec in a sourcing or* Work with cross-divisional business teams such as Strategy & Transformation team, Legal, and Finance in the successful implementation of strategies, contract negotiations, and sourcing/transformation execution.* Drive annual productivity targets for PepsiCo Inc.* Work with PepsiCo and industry specialists leading sourcing strategy and execution (RFS, RFP, RFQ, RFI etc)* Drive process efficiencies and eliminate waste.* Success in role can lead to various other positions across PepsiCo such as global Procurement function, Supply Chain and Operations, Strategy and Transformation etc.Compensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, technology or Science. * 6+ years’ work experience in Consulting, Procurement, Finance, Technology, TransformationPreferred Qualifications:* Master's degree is a plus* Direct experience with procurement of technology services, Enterprise software tools and Hardware/Telecom is a plus* Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.* Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.* Eager to embrace and lead change, ability to manage in PepsiCo’s ambiguous matrixed environment.* Comfortable with and effective communicating (verbal and written) with all stakeholders, across global markets.* Works well with others and can inform Procurement, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver results.* Treats all people with respect and fairness, open is to and respectful of others’ opinions and points of view.* Takes initiative to find ways to get better results, seeks and takes advantage of ideas, best practices and solutionsEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender IdentityIf you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law & EEO is the Law Supplement documents.
