Job Title: Supervisor

Description:

Lead a team of 10 in a welding/fabrication shop that manufactures steel buildings. This is a working supervisor position. All positions will be responsible for welding/cutting/painting/material handling including this supervisor.

• Lead and supervise a production team, providing direction, support, and motivation

• Foster positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity

• Plan, organize, and coordinate operations to meet production goals and deadlines

• Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols

• Over see quality control

• Update spreadsheets, track production KPI's, and prepare operational presentations

Additional Asks:

CWI (certified weld inspector) is a HUGE plus
